Pavlova

Kak Min @ Lemongrass... Tolon... tolonn... lihat lah Pavlova ku ini... anak mantu wong jowo buat nih... tp x putih melepak cam akak punya laaa.... wakahkahkah... nk tergelak pon ader tgk pavlovaku ini... kok sowo mateng kak... ekekeke... tp mmg best la kak, saya kurangkan manisnya itewww... agaknyer org yg kawen ngan omputih jer yg leh buat secantik akak nyer... apa silap kak erkkk... bole ireng kek gini... nk kata derhaka kat resipi... naehee... naehee... agaknyer derhaka kat oven kot pasai dh sibuk2 nk kecek beli oven baru... jd dia merajuk... ehehe... tp kak... mmg sedap, patut la kene layan ngan buah2an... baru balance rasa dia yerkkk... dpt2 kalo buah masam2... thanks kak... nk mintak upah 5 dollar bole... kikiki... pas x kak???... Hah kak, nk tnya, kalo dibiarkan kat luar maksudnyer kalo dh terkene angin kulit luarnya tuh lemau sket erkkk???... ker haku yg x passs... kihkihkih...Pada sesiapa nk tgk yg cantik molek punya pavlova meh tgk sini yer...



Ingredients:
-4 large (59g/ size A) eggs at room temperature, separated (asingkan the yolk from the white)
-1 cup caster sugar (gula halus)- kalau tak nak manis boleh kurang kan to 3/4 cup
-3 teaspoons cornflour
-1 tbsp (20 mls) white vinegar (cuka masak biasa tu)

Instructions:-
- Then beat the egg whites using electric mixer
- Then add the caster sugar 1 tablespoon at a time and beat until sugar's dissolved and the mixture looks white and glossy and the egg white mixture has formed firm peaks
- Then add the corflour and the vinegar to the egg white mixture.
- Then fold the cornflour and the vinegar gently into the mix.
- Then put the mixture on a tray lined with baking paper
- Then bake it in an 140- 150 C oven. Temperature dia tak boleh tinggi sangat or else the outside will be burnt but the inside tak masak lagi. Bake it for about 50 minutes. Then turn off the oven but leave the pavlova inside the oven with the oven door ajar until the oven is really cool. This helps the outside layer to become crispy and the inside to stay moist.

  2. wahkahkahkah Ana,
    kena jadi bini mat saleh kot baru tak geseng!Ahaks!maybe kan kena kurangkan masa dia ke 40 min kot jadi tak geseng :-).Ke akak nya oven yg mengong tu yg kena 50 min?Pavlova ni masa baru nak serve tu baru letak whipped cream. Kalau belum letak whipped cream, kena simpan dlm tipuware baru crispy.Tapi dah cantik lah tu Ana bini Wahid, dah dpt markah A+, hahahahha...

    tu lah pasal kak... nanti nk suruh dak wahid g spa or facial biar putih melepak pehtu suh dia kaler sket rambut dia sekejap pehtu nk try wat lg.. agaknyer bole putih kot??.. huahuahua...) mmg dh ireng lanagku kak?... kulit pon dh geseng.. mana x nyer.. semenjak 2 nih asyik kene wat keje luar jerk... ekeke

    cikmin -> ohoho.. jdkkk, kita serupa layer cikmin..huehuehue... mmg best kan..

    Jiya -> ngko try lerr.. nk tgk gak... mana tau putih sket dari akak n k hana nyer.. ekekeke... menti sumpahan ngko dh ilang.. wahahaha
