Roti lg... ehehe... dh pandai wat la katakan. Asalnya nk wat muffin prune tp blk jer singgah kdai nk beli butter... butter ellek... jadilah roti prune. Resipi Kak Rinn lagi, base roti ni... base raisin bun... raisin x de pakai jer la prune yg dh beli tu... butter lak tukarkan ngan minyak jagung... tawakal jer lah... hasilnya... jadikkk... rasanya.... orrraaaiiiiiiittttttt... lembutttt... sedappppp... Ingredients:
350gm high protein flour
6gm dried instant yeast
1/2 teaspn salt
50gm castor sugar
1/2 egg
18ml fresh milk
200ml water
50gm raisins - 1 used 50gram prunes
15gm mixed fruits (optional)
butter 35gm - i used corn oil 35gram
Instructions:
1. Mix flour and yeast evenly. Add water little by little and mix well for 5 mins.
2. Add sugar, salt, egg, milk and butter. Knead for 10-15mins. Let it rest for 20 mins.
3. Add in raisins and mixed fruits in the dough. Let rest again for 15-20 mins.
4. Divide into 12 equal size and round them. Place on thinly floured baking tray.
5. Let it rest until double the size. Then bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 deg cel for 15 mins.
6. Gently brush with milk or butter once out of the oven.

hahaha... azie keluarkan tenaga badangmu itewwww... azie akak uli biasa2 jer laaa... x der la over sangat... azie kalo x nk penat uli doh jgn uli dlm bowl, uli dlm dulang.. x penat.. pehtu belah dlm pergelangan tgn diantara pergalangan tgn ngan perut...yg kat tulang keras tu... compom x penat... tu yg gian menguli tu.. psssttt... kaknor ajor petua nih..;)
