Peanuts Masala

Huh!... panas tol cuaca petang ni…mendobi cepat tol kering cucian… arini x de menu spesel2… menu jajan jek tuk kunyah depan tibi ke, depan lcd ke, depan plasma ke… hehe… pasal cuti sekolah dh bermula, so… keje kawen pun bnyak la kan… tu yg x de masak2 tu pasal pi makan kat kenduri kawen… hehehe… besok pon ada lg… heheh… kebetulan jajan tuk ngunyah dh abis, aku pon tgk kacang tanah pon byak lg, aku buat la resepi simple, sempoi n sedap ni… btol2 senang beb!... hahaha… resipi ni aku dpt masa aku gi skodeng2 rumah kwn2... hehehe... so, resipi ni dr Suhaina yg duk kat Singapore tu... thanks suhaina for the yummy snack recipes… I want to share this recipes with my blogger friends if u don’t mind and for my reference next time… thanks again dear.. ;)




Ingredients:
Peanuts- 2 cups
Garlic- 5
Curry leaves-3spring
Chilly powder- 1-1/2tsp
Salt- 3/4 tsp
Oil- 1/2 cup



Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. When its hot, add in the peanuts crushed garlic and curry leaves and fry in low frame until the peanuts turn golden brown. It will take approximately 6-8 minutes in medium flame.
3. Use kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
4. Sprinkle chilly powder and salt to taste and mix well.
5. Fry the next batch and repeat the same process.
6. Store in air tight containers after it cools down fully.
